Our dad hats come with adjustable straps featuring our emboridered logos at the front and back.

Manufactured by Yupoong.

100% chino cotton twill. Green camo colour is 35% chino cotton twill, 65% Polyester. Unstructured, 6-panel, low-profile. 6 embroidered eyelets. 3 ⅛” (7.6 cm) crown.

Adjustable strap with antique strap.

Delivery

We ship out all orders by a tracked international service except for the UK which is sent Tracked 24 by Royal Mail.

Dispatch Time frame
From the day you place your order, the following time frames apply to dispatching your goods:

5-7 working days: T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters.
10-12 working days: Dresses, pillows, embroidered caps, mugs and water bottles.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your order tracking information.

UK: Tracked 24 next day delivery.
Europe: 2-5 working days.
USA/Canada: 4-9 working days.
Asia: 5-11 working days.
Oceania: 5-11 working days.

Please note you may be liable for any duties and taxes in receiving your goods depending on the import laws of your country.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to fulfill returns and exchanges worldwide.

Returns Email
Email us at orders@alienaffected.com within 14 days of receiving your order and you will have a further 14 days from your Returns Email to send the order to us.
In your Returns Email please state:

1. Your order number
2. What you are returning
3. Reason for return for each item.

We will notify you where to return your items after you send us the Returns Email.

Please note the postage costs to send the order to you will not be refunded. You are also liable for any postage costs returning your items. We also will have to charge any postage sending any exchanges out to you.

Damaged/Faulty Goods
Please send photos of the damaged items in your Returns Email. We have a stringent quality process of recording all items sent out, however, we do offer refunds for faulty items worldwide.
