Returns & Refunds

We are happy to fulfill returns and exchanges worldwide.

Returns Email
Email us at orders@alienaffected.com within 14 days of receiving your order and you will have a further 14 days from your Returns Email to send the order to us.
In your Returns Email please state:

1. Your order number
2. What you are returning
3. Reason for return for each item.


We will notify you where to return your items after you send us the Returns Email.

Please note the postage costs to send the order to you will not be refunded. You are also liable for any postage costs returning your items. We also will have to charge any postage sending any exchanges out to you.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

Please send photos of the damaged items in your Returns Email. We have a stringent quality process of recording all items sent out, however, we do offer refunds for faulty items worldwide.
